You really should visit the forums for a clearer view of the game - it's not all happy campers, Blizzard are seen as simply milking the cash cow for all they are worth with very few new features in the game - most quests have simply been regurgitated to be the same as the old ones and 95% of the player base will never get to see the end game content due to massive amounts of time required to be able to "unlock" that content.
Blizzard boast about their subscriber numbers but players are highly suspicious - many servers are dead and deserted, new servers are not needed - so where are all these players playing?
The behaviour of players - greedy obnoxious selfish people has to be seen to be believed.
the first time you run through WoW you will be amazed but once the you gain some experience you will see the shallowness of the game and be as vocal and angry as the players on the forums are.
