After their success at the Olympics, Sonic and his friends have their sights set on the tennis court. Sega Superstars Tennis sees a range of classic Sega characters compete in tournaments and other mini-games. You can play a doubles tournament in the party atmosphere of Samba di Amigo, then perfect your backhand while beating back zombies with a racket and ball in an arena based on House of the Dead.
These mini-games vary from excellent to dull or plain infuriating, but the tennis itself is rock solid, as you might expect from the team behind Virtua Tennis 3. The addition of super-powered special moves at first seems overwhelming, but these are more of a distraction than a game spoiler.
Superstars Tennis has something for the whole family. Dads will enjoy unlocking characters from Sega’s archives while the kids will love playing against the apes from Super Monkey Ball. Though the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions have crisper and more polished HD graphics, Wii owners can look forward to shorter loading times and intuitive motion-sensitive controls.

I bought this for the Wii and was extremely disappointed that it only caters for people who are right-handed. However, even playing with my (wrong) right hand, I managed to beat it on its hardest setting before taking it back the next day.
It's quite fun, but not really challenging I'm afraid. Sega - please make the next one harder and think of us lefties!
