Sitting at your desk for long periods of time isn't good for your health, or your stress levels, but it's often difficult to get away from the office to visit the gym, or even to go for a walk.

With this in mind, Sharron Davies, the former Olympic swimmer, has produced a series of short video exercises which can be performed at your desk. They'll help to reduce the tension that builds up during the day, tone up those flabby bits that result from sitting for long periods and help to prevent injuries that can come from repeated keyboard use.

Today's video concentrates on developing the right posture for your exercises, as well as working on any tightness in the neck and shoulders.
