Watch a clip from the "missing" second episode
Pushing Daisies fans can finally see the “missing” episode of the American drama weeks after the ITV series finished.
The Pushing Daisies series one DVD is due for release next week and it will be the first time many UK viewers will be able to watch the second episode on their TV screens.
ITV was hit by a wave of criticism after it dropped the second instalment of the hit show, skipping straight to episode three, so it could fit the nine-episode series into an eight week time slot it had available.
After complaints, the broadcaster later aired the episode on its website but viewers without internet access were unable to catch up on the show.
Pushing Daisies, starring British actress Anna Friel alongside American Lee Pace, followed a pie maker who could bring the dead back to life. Despite dropping the second episode, the series proved a hit for ITV.
Pushing Daisies is released on DVD on June 23.
